You are correct.there are 3 different zones.the beer is at the top, the wine at the bottom.the temperature dial is set to the very coldest setting.but the beverage center won't cool to lower than 43 deg at the top.we were told that it could be a bad sensor, which we had replaced.but that didn't do anything.we still are at a frustratingly 43 deg which is too warm for the beer drinkers in the house.i.
